At American Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Visit our Returns Portal to submit your return. Once your request is approved, we'll send you a prepaidΒ shipping label and return instructions directly to your email. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something isn't right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the Returns Portal with clear photos of the issue, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, subject to stock availability.

No Restocking Fees

We never charge restocking fees on any eligible return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a little extra time to reflect the credit.

Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed. Refunds are not available for discounts not used at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description
