What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Visit our Returns Portal to get started.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
Never. All eligible returns are completely free of restocking fees.
How do I start a return?
Simply redirect to our Returns Portal to submit your return. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label directly to your email.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days and Express shipping takes 2–3 business days, after a processing time of 1–2 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $7.95 for orders under $169.01. Orders above $169.00 qualify for free shipping. Express shipping is a flat rate of $23.95.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email within 1–3 business days. For any tracking issues, contact us at info@americanmart.store.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, subject to stock availability. Contact us at info@americanmart.store for assistance.
What items cannot be returned?
Final sale items, gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.
